I just looked at your game with ravi040778. Yes, there were pawn move problems but some more serious problems to do with development. I'm happy to analyse the game if you like.

Although that article is mostly a list of different central structures (not that useful), the links to articles on isolated pawns, doubled pawns etc should explain the basics.
