Sorry: Computer analysis while some think it works fine Chess.com (which is  VERY HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE for online!!-absolutely USELESS for OTB!). See, we MUST have HARD evidence At the Scene of the tournament whether US Chess or FIDE. It looks to me like you've learned from the "leader" of the free world how to count.

Those with ZERO USEFUL evidence in the slandering of utter innocents as Hans Niemann who has had the FASTEST meteoric rise to WORLD CLASS GM in history through unprecedented success in OTB play that ANY cheating occurred WHATSOEVER, rather 
than simply congratulating the young man, do far, far, far more harm to the game of 
chess than any actual cheaters. The blatant FALSE attacks are simply shameful.

I have a crazy uncle that does the same thing. He tells jokes that start off with 3 guys at a bar, but then somehow a penguin is involved. Next thing you know it's morphed into a story about when he was 9 years old and snow in the summer. 

Is this guy telling a joke or has he forgotten how to speak? It's neither, he's just senile. But at least we are getting used to it.

I immediately took the first sentence as a joke, but I'm new here, so it might take me a bit to figure out the forum dynamics.

Please forgive me, all. I have a hard time with humor on this subject matter.As a US Chess Senior
TD, both cheating and cheating allegations are of great concern, and take time and energy away
from the tournament structure, and too often foster an unfriendly tournament atmosphere. 
At a major $$ tournament I was a TD of a few years ago, seemingly countless cheating allegations,(nearly all mindless), were the order of the day. So many of the accusers had zero idea of the mayhem they were causing by their groundless accusations.

Actually, cheating in fishing tournaments is one of the most difficult things to do. Generally, it involves GOING into the tournament with a "live well" full of fish.   from what I understand, 
biologists can determine from fish autopsies if a. the fish in the live well were caught in the tournament lake. Further WHEN approx the fish were caught. Fishing buddies of mine (I do not
fish), have told me me cheaters have tried the above, weights in fish, etc.

That doesn't look like cheating to me. His highest percent from Chess.com is 85%, with most of them in the 75% range. Looks pretty average.

Not too worried. The first thing he has to do is go back in time and erase all the times he cheated. Once he comes back from the past, then he can refile his lawsuit, and make any necessary changes.

I only see one flaw with this strategy though, once he's done time traveling, some people will have already changed their mind, since then he would not have cheated.
