Harsher Penalties for Poor Character

My post is simple. Harsher penalties for poor conduct. I have played over 4000 games on this site and am growing as a chess player. Some games I play are diamonds and others are stones which we can all relate. I understand the drive to win and improve but it staggers me the abuse and sulkiness of many players. I would like to see players who violate the basic code of ethics to be penalised double or triple the current points lost.

Where would you draw the line on what calls for punishment?

They should also lose points for bad posture.

       -10 for smokers. 

-5 every time they let different foods on their plate touch.

-50 if they do it on purpose.

What if they beat the OP on time while the OP has a winning position? Is that a penalty???

That should get you banned from using any server within 25 miles of a chess.com server.

-1 for each O in your last post.

Thank you for your insightful and thoughtful comments. You have helped me understand my concern much clearer. Its kind of like a dog who has flees. It just has to learn to live with them.
