Has anybody ever regretted upgrading?

I just joined a chess club solely for the OTB experience. My first non- tournament game was a blitz against a master. I lost but did have a solid sicilian defense so the master told me. I  get most of my tutoring from utube game commentaries by masters and IGM.My point is there are alternatives to Chess.com. However Chess.com gives you the most value for the money spent and it is fun.

I am unrated by USCF but will attend my first tournament when I get back from vacation.

No. I never regretted.

It's not a lot of money and it gives a lot of possibilities. I just hope that in 3-5 years when I'll hopefully get my CM I won't have to pay. xD

I agree with most of you like "Wolfpack" that this site is fun.  I dont think I would ever become a premium member though since I don't trust how the staff will end up spending the money.
