Has anyone else had this problem?

Lately, when it's my move, I will offer my opponent a draw and then make my move.  When I do this, a message appears the I have cancelled the draw offer.  In the past, moving the piece did not cancel the draw offer (USCF and FIDE rules do not allow cancelling a draw offer).  I reported this as a bug about two weeks ago.  Has Chess.com changed their rules to allow draw offers to be rescinded? 

For some reason that's how it currently works. My understanding is that it's going to be fixed to work like it used to.

It's been this way for three months. If I am in focus mode, I get notification that my opponent refused the draw offer. If I'm in regular mode, I get notification that I cancelled my draw offer.
