Have TT Puzzle Ratings Increased or Decreased over time?

It, to me, seems strange that a the current ratings for a myriad of puzzles nowadays have substantially different ratings than they did before (I know this because I see screenshots in the comment section). As you can see, my current puzzle rating is 2200 and because I don't want to lose my beautiful rating (imo at least), I have been doing unrated puzzles lately. However, this is what I saw when I looked at the puzzles I did about two years ago:

I am very sure I was not able to get to 2200 by solving puzzles that were essentially rated around ~1600 with only one puzzle rated in the 2000s. Thus I assumed that back then they all used to be around 2000 and so that TT has gotten more difficult lately. However, just a moment ago, I solved a problem that was rated "2470" and I thought it was a little bit easy as it was a very straightforward mate.

And apparently I wasn't wrong, someone took a screenshot in 2015 of the puzzle being rated 1300! So really, have the ratings of puzzles on TT inflated or deflated? Or is something else happening?

This one was also 2400 (lol I actually solved it while looking for the puzzle above by playing intuitively):

Note: I don't mean to sound arrogant, I know there are those who think these puzzles may be difficult, but this is my opinion and I just want an answer.

Man I have to say the TT is baffling me right now. I spend 20 seconds checking a basic combo and get given +1, and miss a sequence and in te next and get -17, and then it’s an obvious mate in 2 and I get +18? I’ve always liked the chess.com software and format for training but it feels odd...

That said my modest rating has mostly benefitted from the weirdness.

I may as well add that the mobile app for tactics (I often do them when I wake up or on the way home from work) crashes CONSTANTLY ! Especially on the analysis board.

So yeah. Inflation? Deflation? No pattern but it’s not right imo.

Maybe this is just an expression of how hard it is to assign a value or grade-related difficulty to a chess problem?

The powers that be have changed TT so much and so often that I can't tell if I'm improving. I suspect, if my ratings on other sites are an indication, that I have gotten worse in the last couple of years. During that time my TT rating on this site has gone from high 1700 to low 2200. I suspect the algorithm changes are meant to make members feel good about themselves. After all, what chess player doesn't appreciate a rise in his rating?

Tactics trainer feels like it’s been changed so much it’s impossible to tell, there was one period a little while back (maybe a year) when I had certainly not improved, yet within about the space of two weeks my TT rating rose over 500 points and then fell a few hundred back down. It feels right now that the ratings on puzzles are just really weird as been stated previously in this thread. Overall I think the ratings have been inflated maybe 1 or 2 hundred points from what they were a few years back, but that’s just how I feel about it.
