Have you ever got headaches, tiredness, dizzziness after chess?

Yes, I had one of my worst ever headaches after a chess tournament. It's probably because of stress.

If this happens after classic time control games it might mean you need to drink more water during the game. If you're not taking fluid, you could be dehydrating yourself by spending hours sitting in a warm playing hall and sweating from the pressure. If it's happening after blitz or rapid games it probably is just stress.

I got several headaches after playing some really long and exhausting games. I'm still not sure exactly why this happens and how I can stop it from happening. 

This happens to me. Seems like it's chronic eye strain possibly? Happens to me with computer screens in general as well

its happen on me too im winstreak before and from 1300 i reached 1550+ in just 3 days but after that day im feel dizzy and it feels like my surrounding is spinning i also have brain fog and eye strain and also my focus is so worst and now cause of this things im losestreak and i think i have a fever

chess for over 30 games mainly quicker will probably give you a headache. bullet and blitz give me headaches if i play for too much and i did since i was in a tournament. too much of anything can give you a headache, especially fast pace chess. i usually limit chess time for only 20 games a day max.

I’m always worthless on Monday after a weekend Swiss. Playing well takes energy. Playing poorly drains in other ways.

totally agree. my headaches seem to be related to straining on my eyes and the 2 dimensional visual gymnastics of playing chess online
