This is my first time to have a trial.. i bought Gold monthly yesterday (1 september) and get 7 days free trial.. Chess.com also said that the trial will be charged on 8 September.

But the problem is that i can't do more tactics and lessons as the gold one offers.. anyone knows what's wrong? since i have no experience in buying a trial..

While you are waiting for the business office to log in, you might look through the forums and see the many threads where somebody stayed an hour/day too long and their card got charged.

When that happens, and you lose the rent money, don't post here because we can't do a thing to help you.

The only way to get your money back is to write an email to support@chess.com. And don't expect an immediate answer. They usually take a day or two to get back to you.

Well, my card hasn't been charged yet. It's said to be charged on 8 September.. the problem is that i can't get facilities that the gold member offered, to put it simple.. i'm still an ordinary member even i've already registered in gold member, and about the 7 days free trial.. when can we use that? Thanks
