Hello all. Learning on the computer transferring to board.

There is an etiquette among the living that you may find mystifying. People may want to wish you good luck before a game, and even offer to shake your hand afterwards.   You may enjoy this.

Everyone is different.  The little things may actually be the hardest. You may not know how to keep score on your own. You may forget hitting your clock after your move, since it doesn't happen automatically.

Why not try to play some slower chess here to see if you can take advantage of having some more time to think? 

If you are worried about this, then stop playing blitz all the time and play 30 or 45 minute games. This will be the closest you can get to playing OTB games.
