HELP !!! Screens frozen on i-pad !

The problem started appr. 10 minutes ago, two chessboards on the i-pad screen, one atop of the other, and no move is possible !

Thanks for fixing this or we will all lose on time :(

Using the website on i-pad, not the i-pad app.

When this happened, did you log in via the app then go onto tournament/stats page then back onto games via web browser not the app itself? That can cause two boards on one screen. I've only seen it once.

Hold the power button down and force a shut down on the iDevice, then power back up.

No, I just always log on the website through my Safari favorites, never from the i-pad app.

Did the device reboot fix the double game issue?

Kohai sorry I had to leave for work... Yes it worked, it looks perfect, very slow, but after the shutdown it may have to do with cookies and memory. Thanks again for the prompt reaction :)

I bought new iPad and I install chess application from the apps store, it log in my profile but when I click live chess it show connecting without end !! what is the problem ?

I don't use the app store application, I much prefer logging onto the website chess.com to be able to use all the features. There is pnly a portion you can do on the appstore application, it is much simplified.

Try to force quit the app and reopen it. If no use, try to force restart the device to check the issue. if still no luck, you can resort to TunesKit iOS System Recovery to fix the issue without data loss.
