I am always losing because of the timer. Need tips

On daily I forget or I have school when it is low on time so I am always losing those. On bullet they move too fast and I take longer to think. On rapid I think it is bullet so I go faster and make mistakes. So please help me and give tips

Well thinking is kinda slow so when your slowly losing just move a piece that at least can do something
