When im done indputting the game I click the edit button off and start commenting. Its logical that I just have to put it back on.

New problem :-)
I cannot get the statistics window to show an evaluation of my games. I have read other posts on the matter here on chess.com, and the best advice I could find was to let two engines play. That works and the statistics show up fine, but when I analyse my own game with the automatic analysis nothing shows up.
Any advice?
On the Output tab of the Automatic Analysis dialog box, have you ticked "Save calculated values in game"?

Also try clicking your mouse cursor in the statistics window. It toggles the evaluation graph on and off. Once you have the evaluation graph visible, right-click on the evaluation graph and see if "Permanent statistics" is checked.

So you can see the evaluation graph, but the evaluation bars just don't show up?
It's possible that something in the PGN format is causing the problem. I know this pgn works. Paste this pgn into Arena (paste it into your Windows clipboard, then in Arena, use the menu to "Game --> Get PGN from Clipboard") and try an auto-analysis of it.

I can see that they contain quite different data from yours, but I have created them in Arena by indputting the moves with the edit button. Strange.

Well, I pasted your pgn into Arena and used exactly the same auto-analysis settings as you (even switching to the Rybka 2.2 32-bit engine), and it's creating the eval graph just as it should.
Did you try copying and pasting the pgn from your post back into Arena and then running the auto analysis?
Also, did you try using another engine?
Now it works!
I dont have a clue why, btu now it works and I can analyse all of my games in my database! Yipii! 
Thanks a lot for all your help guys, as always I find people her on chess.com ot be extremly friendly and helpful.
Now I must get back to analysing my games.
How do I make a variation in Arena?
Whenever I make a move that is not in the move list it starts the engine and calculates a move. If I remove the engine it just tells me that there is no engine installed.
