Right after a renewal the site has refunded before, at least based on other topics I have seen. The OPs problem is that the payment was done through the Apple store and that refund process is more convoluted than memberships bought on site.
The site has a subscription model. If you don't cancel a subscription before its renewal date, it automatically renews.
How does it work? I mean payment? Where can I find info about it?

once the money returns the appl store. appl support in moldova does not work. now support chess.com no longer responds
If the site has already refunded to the Apple store, the issue is with Apple and you need to work with them. The Apple payment system has their own rules and chess.com has to work within those rules.

chess.com does not return the money. and ignore me. the site is written that in 30 days I can take the money back.
