I'm kinda impulsive and often play a move without calculating ti deeply enough or seeing a hidden tactic for my opponent or me. Plz help how do I stop this

You can stop being impulsive by forcing yourself to pause before every move, checking for threats and tactics, thinking about consequences, tracking mistakes, practicing slow games, and asking “Is there a reason not to play this move?”

I agree with @sawdof saying to sit on your hands. It’s a well known idea (especially for children moving too quickly) where you sitting on your hands makes you pause to think before you move. I recommend playing at least 10 min chess online and perhaps even a few longer time controls (ideally in-person/OTB).
