I have been doing puzzles, and watching chess lessons on Chess.com, and doing game reviews, but I can't seem to improve. What can I do?

Play daily move games so you can have time to think. Sit down in a quiet place with your chess board and a book like "Zurich International Chess Tournament, 1953" and play through those great, beautiful games. Take your time and try to understand why the players made the moves they made. This is a fun way to improve your own game.

When I'm on a losing streak I play variants because they are easier and less stressful than playing normal chess
