Help me

The only reason I would see you unimproved would be either loss of interest in chess or old age. Seeming it isn't the latter, here are two suggestions:
1) Take a small break from chess, and come back when you truly miss it.
2) Start using the tactics trainer on chess.com and other websites more often
Best of Luck

Looking at your 33 move loss, you were doing quite well, the exchange up and winning - but 31.g4 is a shocker of a move. Opening your King like that is just helping him mate you - you need to keep your King safe, especially when he has 4 pieces in attacking positions.

Look at this URL (https://www.chess.com/stats/tactics/deRider) to see the analysis of your tactic solving. It shows you your strengths and weaknesses. When you identify your weaknesses, read the lessons about those topics (on this app, other websites, books or wherever). You need to study basic checkmates, smothered mate, clearance sacrifices, queen sacrifices and stalemate to begin with. At https://www.chess.com/tactics you can solve tactics related to particular themes by applying filters. That will give you more chance to improve your game. I don't know if this feature is available to all members or only to paid members. But you can try. Focus on learning and solving tactics at this stage.
