help me get a response from admin

I have been limited in my play for three days, apparently for refusing to play some members, (I have found those with bad connections always seem to get more time, so I've not been playing them).  When I try (6 emails thus far) to communicate with the site, I receive no reply.

I have tried to get an answer to one simple question:  will I automatically get my money back if I close my account in the thirty day window, or must I go through administration to get that money?

 I did, and cannot get an answer to a simple question:  how do I close my account AND get my money back?  My membership was opened in January, and is still within the 30 day window guaranteed new members.

 

advice to prospective accounts:  Ask yourself:  would you want to pay for this kind of treatment?  Think carefully about your decision.  Not only are there numerous cheats (I have had my moves made for me!  I have seen opponents gain 30 seconds on their clock!), but the administration appears uninterested in responding to its members.
