Do you mean from a word text? You would just need to make the moves. Start by clicking on the little chessboard just above where you type in text.

I would strongly suspect not. You can include the .pgn score obviously and use a secondary program coupled with the sniping tool to generate diagrams that you can embed in the document.

Roeczak, the link cited offers a tool to turn your score into a pgn file. Best would be to click on the 'how to' link but you can click the manually enter position button and then click the "next" button in the bottom right hand corner. Then just input your moves from the score sheet by moving the pieces. Then the 'next' button and so on.
