Have you ever experienced any problems with the awards ?
I am an achievement fun. I try to do as many as I can and many of them are not counted. For example I have played many rapid games , bullet games,biltz games or 4 players chess with teams but I still haven't got the awards. Whats the problem?
There are some broken achievements.
Βut why the other players have them?
They either got them before they were broken or on some of them they could have contacted Support to unlock. Not all of them can be activated by staff though.
There's also the possibility, in some cases, that the criteria wasn't actually met. That's often true on variants games, other than 4PC, that aren't played on the main server. There's also some that are only available for Daily tournaments, not live tournaments.
