help to analyze /find bad position during game.

over and over I see a video where a grandmaster explains some opening or trap - frequently it happens that the grandmaster tells that a position is completely losing and tells why. The GM explains it very well and I can see why the position is losing after the video.
but my problem is that some of the position they tell about are positions that I played many times in games and even won.
I have analyzed with a computer but never found any issues with the position.
my question is since I don't meet any GM that punish me for known losing positions can a chess program be filled with known positions and alert me during the analyzing of my game.
Grandmaster 11 doesn't even blunder alert me in many of the positions. do you know any tool that could help analyze.
