Help! Urgent. Pretty sure I just got put in the bad sports pool

So, I accidentally started a blitz game when I meant to start a rapid game so I aborted it. The screen flashed a message saying if I didn't stop aborting my account would be restricted to playing bad sports. Then I started a rapid game and found out my abort button was gone. I was also paired with someone 1400 (200 below me). My opponent stayed online and didn't move and I won by abandonment. This suggests that he also lost his abort button. Next game I got paired with a 1450 and again won by abandonment. Pairings are taking long and all my opponents are at least 100 elo below me. Is this the bad sports pool?! And if so how long does this last? Hopefully not permanently! Someone please help!
