Help why do all my games end in stalemate

I can't win any games at all, they all just end in stalemate. I play the easiest computer and still can't win even though almost every time I capture every single piece except for their king

That wasn't a stalemate, that was threefold repetition.
You repeated the same move over and over, or repeated checked in a pattern, and the computer stalemated.

Your games end in stalemate because you don't know how to check mate. Learn how to do that and stop capturing all the pieces simply because you can.

Out of your three games played, there was only one draw.
The other two were losses.
Because there is no other way to finish the game except stalemate, you didnt know that?
