@achja I joined June 30, not July 30.  With regards to the coaches, I sent them a slightly different version of what I posted here (one where I offer to pay for a 1-hour session in exchange for the solution).  I actually did get one GM to reply and he agreed to do it, but in the end he ended up just refunding my money about 5 weeks later.  It's not so much about improving my chess skills but more that I just can't beat it and would like to know how.
