Looks like his account was closed. You won the games, don't know why it displays you as out of time, presumably just because it was your move when his account closed, wouldn't worry.

I just finished the following game. I'm pretty sure I didn't lose on time, but here it says I did! And how did I win the game if I ran out of time? Does anyone have a possible explanation?
