I want to improve... I mostly play ruy Lopez as white.. what should I do now???

You haven't taken the time to write about what kind of effort you have already done. why would someone try to give advice if they don't have all the variables?

Judging by your losses, what opening you play has nothing to do with why your rating isnt increasing.  Youre hanging pieces, missing simple tactics, and not following opening principles.

Highly advanced tactics books like Encyvlopedia of Chess Combinations anf Great Book of Chess Combinations. It would improve both your offense and defense.

I am playing rapid games... trying to concentrate on games... review game after end... etc...
