Because it's depends on circumstances. If position is hard and messy not even masters have high accuracy. If it's easy position with straightforward plans then you don't have to be a genius to play with high accuracy. That's why numbers on their own doesn't matter
High accuracy always correlates to victory, so why do people say it isn't so important?

Every game I've played were I have a accuracy of 3% higher then my opponent I've won, barring very rare instances.
