If the two highest rated chess engines played each other, the higher rated one would win more often than the lower rated one. To your second question, yes - play the Stonewall Attack and horizon it.

If two of the highest rated chess engines were to play against eachother would it be a draw or would one of them somehow reign victory? Also, is it possible to beat a chess engine in bullet chess or lighting chess?
