I noticed she just destroyed GeorgMeier, in another powerful attack.
Although she's rated higher than Meier, so it's not as big of a deal for her.

Unfortunately I doubt that, but would totally be awesome if she climbs up there.

The only way she can qualify for the Candidates is to finish 1st or 2nd in the Grand Prix (very unlikely) or 1st or 2nd in the World Cup (still pretty unlikely). She played in 1 GP event and finished 14th out of 18.
I think the players at the very top get inflated ratings because they rarely if ever have to play and possibly draw or worse the 2440s and 2500s

Wait YOU made a petition? Well then I'm sure when FIDE hears about it they'll ban her for life! Maybe even execute her! 
She never faced discipline for what happened in Gibraltar and the world doesn't revolve around you
