I'm not quite sure what you mean, could you maybe provide a couple of moves and the evaluations you get?
houdini evaluation

example with black a rook advantage it gives a -5.00 advantage if i play amove it immediately gives a +500 advantage for a white even a rook down with no compensation it changes its evaluation. after i make another move changes back to -5.00. With every move it changes its evaluation of who has the advantage any clue to why this happen?
Maybe your GUI is configured to use plus score to indicate advantage on current player. So when is black's turn, a -5.00 means black's down 5 points, and in white's turn +5.00 means white's up 5 points.

Strange indeed. And it does that on every move in every game that you have it analyse, or just in certain positions?

That's what I was thinking at first, but then it would just switch back and forth between +5.00 and -5.00, not between -5.00 and +500. Then I thought there might be a hidden tactical resource, but the OP said there was no compensation at all. If this happens on every position of every game then it might be a bug, if it only happens in certain positions than there might be a tactical trick that he's missing.
@OP: If it only happens in certain position, could you show us a couple of those?

Any idea how to change it? its bothering me when im analysing balanced positions, tnx..

It depends on the GUI you're using. In which program are you using the houdini engine?

@Happy_Ungulate It changes its evaluation in the simplest of positions not only on certain positions.

Maybe u should try substituting a different engine and see if you get the same results. There are many free engines available on the internet that you can download.
I don't know about those programs, you should check their manuals. But still is kind of weird that this problems happens in both programs you mention.
For what it's worth, I recommend using scid (or Scid vs pc) as the GUI.
im having problem with houdini 1.5 32bit evaluation, it changes from white to black advantage every move. Even the position is overwhelming for one side it stll changes its evaluation with every move is there a way to solve this problem? Arena Tarrasch and Wimboard are my GUI. Tnx in advance.
