Wait until he starts ranting like Fischer and becomes a US citizen!
How big is Magnus Carlsen's ego?

I don't care if he has a big ego as long as his interviews are very entertaining to hear like 1972 Fischer.
Also if he does funny faces when he blundered like Anand vs Kasparov blitz game ( I think he already does that haha) then it's fine
If he is still boring with all that ego then I would dislike him but he is fine so far.

At the 2014 Chess Olympiad, the famous Bermuda Party was held on the night before the rest day. As this is "the" social event of the Olympiad, a big queue formed at the venue. People were only admitted with Olympiad ID, and at some stage the venue filled up forcing people to wait for others to leave. Carlsen was with a group of players at the back of the queue, waiting along with everyone else. No "do you know who I am" or attempts to use the non-existant VIP entrance. He waited with everybody else, showed his ID at the door, and went in to have a good time with all the other players. (I was the person checking the ID's)

He's got it all and is humble? I'm starting to suspect Kṛṣṇa is screwing with our heads. How was his sense of humor?
yet for someone who is so famous, he manages to keep his personal life very well hidden from people.
