Unfortunately, you cannot get the Man vs Machine Achievement automatically anymore! When you beat a bot in the Challenge mode (No help of any kind), save that to have it in your Archive by clicking Save Game on the bottom of the page. Then contact support@chess.com and ask them to unlock your well-deserved Man vs Machine Achievement for you!
It can be any bot?
I am not sure...l will try to find posts of those who had their Man vs Machine Achievement unlocked with the of help of support@chess.com ...

@LeoTSimoes26, I was not able to find recent testimonies written by those who got unlocked the Man vs Machine Achievement by support@chess.com.
What I have found is that @Gymstar074600 got it only two months ago, on April 2nd, 2022, on a date which is certainly after Chess.com removed the bots from Live Chess...
@MousamGoswami got it even more recently, on May 17th, 2022, but that user account was closed for violating the Fair Play Policy...
