Please start to play games of 30 minutes each (minimum). This will help you analyze longer over the board. Analyzing longer over the board will help you form better strategies while attacking or defending. It can also give you insights on how the enemy is attacking or defending.
Desist from playing blitz. Blitz is the netertainment part of chess.It won't fetch you elo 1900.
I want to become FIDE elo 1900+. I feel like I know the basics but all my practice is blitz.
Can anyone recommend something to help me achieve my aim.
Please give sincere responses.
I know it will take a lot of work. But can anyone give specific advice. In my local chess circuit even FIDE 1400s come with deep opening preparation.
