The AI is useless and completely misunderstands what I'm asking. no matter what I do I can't speak to a human because it shoehorns me into pre determined answers. absolutely disgraceful

well, maybe if you post what your problem is here, someone will have an idea.
have you tried email? it works on me last time. but i'm not sure if their assistance depends on your inquiry or problem.
