I’m kinda stuck at 500. Any tips on how to improve? Yes, I know “Get better” is a professional tip.

Keep doing puzzles, learning videos, and analyze your games. One of the best tips i’ve ever been given is, always remember it’s not just about what you want to do or your next move, you HAVE to also be aware of what your opponent wants to do. I can’t tell you how many times I thought I had a great strategy and then I totally missed something my opponent was working on. If I had stopped for a second and shifted gears to try to understand why my opponent had just made the last two or three moves, I might have won the game.

Thanks for the info. I frequently do puzzles and it slightly helps.

For game review (analyzing) I don’t have platinum+ membership, so I can only do one game per day.

Sorry to hear that. Playing the computer can be helpful as well. You can also go to a certain point in a game that you lost and finish playing it against the computer. The neat thing about that is, you can keep going back and trying different moves if you lose.
