As a 1000, you need to take a break from playing games for about a week or two or even a month. Then while you're taking a break, go do some puzzles, and then analyze the games you have lost, watch some educational chess videos, maybe learn a new opening, learn checkmating patterns and basically anything that can improve your play. Lastly, after this, you need to stop playing blitz or bullet if you're still a beginner as it will make you worse. You must play atleast 15/10 and spend more time focusing on your moves and how this is bad and this is good, learn to calculate
