I assume the game is over by now. You are not really allowed to ask for help in an ongoing game.
But the long and short of it is that you are losing. The best you can do is hope to recover in a long uphill battle.
I would like to know how you lost your bishop without losing any of your own pawns.
If you were able to go back a move, then yes, you probably could have reached a won position. I assume your knight was on d5. You could have taken on c7, forking his king and queen with check.
And have it get nabbed by the bishop on d6...
