My queen moves into the square right next to my opponents king and puts him in check.  My queen is protected by my remaining knight.  However if my knight moves from his square my king becomes in check from my opponents bishop across the board.  Can the enemy king eat my queen?  Please help.

The king can't capture your Queen because it's protected by your knight.  It does not matter that the knight is pinned - the enemy King still can't move onto the squares it attacks.

Sorry, but if your knight is blocking check on your king, it can't protect your queen.  So his king can take your queen.

If you mean a position like this, where white has just moved, then black is checkmated. white wins. the end.

After consideration, I have to change my answer.  The king can't move into check anywhere, even by a pinned piece, since the next move would be the capture of the king.

I think I was thinking of some puzzles I've seen where minor pieces can't move & capture because of a pin, but that doesn't apply to the King moving into check.
