Isn’t there like a 20/60/20 rule? 20% opening study, 60% middle game, 20% end game?
One tip though, do not spend all your time on openings.
At the 500-1000 range you can find easy tactics (pins, forks, skewers, not to mention the of hanging pieces) and be able to set traps.
Learn them and improve pattern recognition so you can execute them under time pressure.
