I dont think that's helping me anymore than puzzles...but I guess ok...

I think that is actually a really good piece of feedback. Analyse most of your games, and use the game review to see what you could've done. This is easiest if you stick to one opening.

I'm not sure analyzing helps...

Why not? It tells you what you did wrong and how you can fix it, and there is a move explanation, which literally explains your moves!

The best way to handle tilt is to *stop* playing as soon as you recognize the signs. Just stop and do literally anything else.

Haha lol it's common like I've beaten a lot of 1800+ and some 1900+ if you check my highest win in stats you can see but that doesn't mean you are better than them and well I did beat @margoe who's a WCM. So it's not because I'm better than them it's just 1 game I won't be able to consistently score against them and that just what rating is

Not unless you learn from the mistakes

That's what you have to do learn from your mistakes not just see the accuracy and leave

Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it first to learn from your mistake while the impring is still fresh and to channel the negative emotions from the loss towards a positive goal: improving.

You dont believe in puzzles, but you believed in cheating? Good luck at improving in chess buddy ;) btw how do you mean stuff forgave you?

RaufUsSabid7

Well, I mailed them and they said 'it's ok, just don't do it again'
