I just want to let yall know that my actual rating is 700 -800 it’s because this account is very old and in the middle of it I went to play chess in real life so I haven’t played in this account for a long time but now I’m trying to get back to where I am so thank you for your suggestion
How Do I Get Better
I looked at one of your games.
I would recommend developing logically, not hanging all of your pieces and realising when your opponents pieces are hanging.
If the game is going to fast for you, try daily chess so you can really look at a game, rather than be worried about the clock.

So hi everyone, so if you look at my profile; you can see my rating is VERY LOW so i really need help on how to get better. Anyone have suggestions?
If you are really serious about getting better then training your skills is essential. In simple terms, prepare to train daily because just playing games will not do it. Learning why you lost will improve your game not mindless puzzle solving.
I write blogs with exercises that people can do to help players improve.

1) You play a lot of bullet. Don't do that, play rapid.
2) And in your rapid games, you aren't really using much of your time. It is much easier to play faster when you're winning by a ton than in the beginning of the game where hanging pieces abound.
3) So don't worry about the time and make sure to execute a simple blunder check for both yourself and your opponent.
4) Always ask yourself, "how will my opponent respond to my move?" before playing it.
5) Do lots of tactics puzzles, they should be hanging pieces, simple 2-movers at most, which is all you need right now.
This advice should get you to at least 800 elo on this site.

Try the tactics puzzles on chess.com.
They're probably the best chess learning tool ever.
There's options to do them unrated and with no timer.
But you can do them unrated while still specifying a rating range.
If you're struggling to get an answer then make a move on principle and take the error if its wrong.
To build up confidence - start at the lowest rating range.

To get to the tactics puzzles click the third button down at top left of your screen and then click the button at the top of the resulting dropdown list.

can u send a screen shot?
Are you on a laptop or a phone?
You should be seeing a column of at least nine buttons at the top left of your screen.
WIth the top one being chess.com's green pawn symbol.
If its not there - screenshot won't help.

Here's how to get better--- do the work required. You have been here long enough to know what to do, stop being lazy and start doing the work required. As far as a plan of action, plenty of material available online, you aren't helpless, get busy and do the work. Stop asking this type of question.

I have LOTS of experience and I will give you some good tips and tricks which have helped me along my chess journey.
1. Avoid long time controls like rapid and blitz. They are for people who think. You don't need that. only play bullet - ideally hyperbullet - because your instinct is clearly stronger than calculation.
2. Open with h4 and a4 every game. It's called double wing domination, and the masters aren't ready for it. Trust me, Carlsen's hiding this prep.
3. Ignore your opponent's moves. Focus only on your vibes. Positional understanding is a scam - the real key to chess is inner peace and randomly pushing pawns.
4. Sacrifice your queen early. It's not blundering, it's alpha strategy. Queens are overrated, and rooks deserve more attention.
5. Never study openings. Invent your own like the "Inverted waffle batter gambit." Real champions freestyle like jazz musicians.
6. Argue with your coach. Coaches love to be challenged. Shout "engine says I'm +9!" during lessons. Instant respect.
7. Sleep-deprived + sugar high = peak performance. True chess energy only comes at 3:47 a.m. after 2 liters of soda and no water.
