To remove yourself from a club you will need to visit the group homepage and then click the gear icon for the club settings.
At the bottom of your club settings, there will be an option to quit the group.

Yeah! It should be in the TOC
If you're not sure how to do it, post multiple notes in the club with vulgar descriptions of biological functions and the admins will handle it for you.
