i did the my quests on duolingo but i dont get the membership how do i get it?

Duolingo should have provided you with a option at quest completion to accept the promotion with a link to sign up for the one-month diamond trial membership.

Everybody is saying that when you click this supposedly existent "link", you have to put in card details to get the "free" trial.
