In the last 4 or so of your previous divisions you'd have only needed about 500 trophies.
I see you play rapid. Rapid gives you 15 trophies per win. 500 / 15 then / 7 = a little less than 5. Meaning to get promoted you'd have to win about 5 games of rapid every day.
Your current division will be a bit harder, you'll probably need about 600 trophies... but since you currently have zero trophies that doesn't really matter. You should wait until a new division starts on Sunday.
Anyway, the answer to your question is to win about 5 games a day, every day for a week, starting on a Sunday. Or win ~35 games any time during that 7 day period.
Just play more rapid they give u 15 points and try to win

I got to Champion playing mostly 3 minute which gives 9 points per win. I mixed in a bit of 1 minute as well. Of course, no matter what you play, you need to put in the time.
Interesting. Im not exactly playing for champion, but Im at the top of my elite rn and kind of want to play for it now. How exactly do I get there other than winning every day?

Stay in the top-3 is all you can do. It resets in Sunday.

and how many trophies is that usually? This info is probably common knowledge but I’ve been wondering if I should grind or just let it go

How many trophies that is completely depends on the people in your division. It could be a few hundred or could be 1,000+
