How do I improve??? How do I stop tilt and anger

I think about chess everyday. Watch videos. Do puzzles. Play against players online. Look at opening databases. Play against bots. Play against bots using a real chess board. Stuck at 1100. Blundering. Raging. Desperate to improve at the game and play well but I disappoint myself and am frustrated and feel so stupid when ever I make a mistake I want to get past 1100 then past 1200, 1300 etc... I've lost so many games in a row now, minus one win and maybe a draw because I'm so bad I blundered a winning position. I can't afford a tutor, and it's sad to think I might need one. Hate how bad I am seriously what do I do to get better. I've been playing for about six months and should be better than this its disgusting.

If anyone answers this and looks through my last few games my last one I deliberately blundered the last few moves because I knew I'd lost and was so tilted and angry and ashamed. I could actually scream

the first thing you should do is take a break from chess. It may seem counter-intuitive but it is really important to be in the right mental state while playing chess. it is afterall a mind game. I reccomend taking 3-7 days off but you might need more or less. Just dont rush it, and dont hesitate to play because of rating.

now for improving you can do many things. there are plenty of websites at your disposal like chess.com's puzzles/lesson, chessable, lichess studies(mods will prob delete this one). also a chess coach is very useful and can help you see your weaknesses and set you up in a direction of success. remember to spend time on chess, it is a very difficult games and will take a lot of time to improve. (it took me 5 months to go from 1600-1700, granted i didn't spend a lot of time during 3 of those months)

Dont be upset about setbacks/tilts if you need to take a break just take a break, it is not a race or anything.

How about analysing where you went wrong or right after each game?  That would also mean fewer games, fewer rematches, fewer rage quits and hopefully less frustration. Quality over quantity. Sometimes a good improvement plan is more important than just will power
