How Do I Know If Someone Is Cheating?

Hi, I posted a forum post on this topic but a bit different I think your friend saw that he or she couldn't check his/her opponent maybe? or maybe they couldn't capture any of their pieces

Oh I see thanks, and if they report the cheater, their account will be banned forever
maybe my friends who got cheated on couldn't capture their opponents pieces

if they are cheating they wont have a rating below 1000 surely ..... or else they are most incompetent cheats in the world
