The box at the bottom with the notation tells me when I've blundered or made a silly move, it then offers a better move, the notation in red are the lines that may have played out had I made the correct move. I don't know what you're looking for in terms of analysis, but that's what it does...
Good luck!
I just finished losing a game here, and I got an email from Chess.com saying if I wanted to see why I lost that in a few hours game analysis would have it for me.
Well, now I have it. It is just a long string on algebraic moves. Nothing telling me where I blundered. Nothing telling what a better move might have been. It did not mean anything and I was disappointed because I know it would be a good way for me to study where I go wrong.
So then underneath it said "pgn" so I clicked on that and Shredder Classic came up with its blue and white board but still nothing I could figure out as far as analyzing my game. (I think I could have played a new game against Sheredder right then but that is not what I wanted.) Is there a way I could have this game replayed with comments from the analysis team saying "BLUNDER" or "why didn't you move your rook to a8?" Nothing. I don't know how to work it. I know it must be a good program.
Can someone help me see what all this is about so I can profit from my game loss? What do I click on to make it come alive?
