How do I play physical chess on chess.com?

Hi, I saw a video where people were picking up 3d pieces and moving them! 😯 They made sounds when the touched the board too! (The board was also 3d.)

I looked all over chess.com to try and find this gamemode but I couldn't find it anywhere. How were these people playing chess this way?

Sounds like they are using ChessUp or similar:

There's also the Real3D chess set that's an available board/pieces on site, if that's what you may have seen.

No, I was actually just joking that I only knew chess was online and not a physical game.

Explaining a joke is like dissecting a frog.

Understanding is improved, but the frog dies.

That's something different. That is just 3d looking piece design on the 2d chess.com board. The forum thread op is referring to a real physical board where making moves on this makes moves on chess.com. happy.png
