how do I post a game I played on forum for feedback?

I see a lot of people put their games on here. Just wondering how would I do that? Any help is greatly appreciated.
main thing is to be on chess.com via your browser- not on the app
and i am pretty sure there are some good threads about uploading games to forums as i remember wondering the same thing
a poor man's version is to paste the pgn on the forums and ask nicely for someone to do the dirty work- someone usually does
