Only a week away? I'd say don't stress over it, get good sleep, know where and when the tournament will be, and don't be late!

have a water bottle by ur side during the game. I sometimes drink a whole 1.5L of it in a long classical day..

What everyone else said. Good sleep before. Don't eat too much before the games. And play What you know. No matter what happens, stay calm and confident and figure it out.

Practice against a training partner in the correct time format - really helps you pace yourself in classical 👍
