1. Go to the drop-sown menu near the top-right of the screen
2. Click the option at the very bottom, "Account"
3. Click on the link that says "Manage your Online Chess settings..."
4. Scroll down to where is says "Vacation", check the box that says "I'm on vacation: please pause all of my games!", and go to the bottom of the page and hit "Save preferences"

not true. everyone gets it. but paying members don't have to manually set it - it just kicks in automatically if you get low on time.

yes. paying members also accrue vacation time faster and have a higher limit though.
Remember too that any tournaments that are "No Vacation" tournaments won't be put on vacation status, so you could still lose those on time.
Wow, it sucks that I only have 12 days of vacation left. Guess I'll be losing all of my matches on time while I'm on vacation …
